Stefan takes the lead for 'Eco' Nucleate Germany

Stefan Hristov, a PhD student in our lab, has been appointed Head of Nucleate Eco in Germany, taking on a leading role in advancing the organization’s mission to support early-stage biotech ventures focused on sustainability and biomanufacturing. Nucleate Eco is part of the global, student-led Nucleate Activator program, which connects academic innovators with resources, mentorship, and industry networks to address pressing environmental challenges through science-based entrepreneurship.
In this new position, Stefan will oversee the expansion and coordination of Eco track events and initiatives across Germany, helping to spark greater interest in sustainability-focused biotech ventures.
