What an amazing Pint of Science event! From insights into scientific publishing to fascinating talks on drug design and bacterial metabolism, the evening was filled with exciting ideas and inspiring discussions.

In classic Lindlich fashion, Jan explained growth-coupled bioproduction and how to teach bacteria not to consume sugar, but instead methanol, which can be made from CO₂. Of course, Benny Bacterium was also there and the audience had plenty of questions about how genetic modifications are actually carried out in living organisms.
